Default Power from comptech header and carsound?

I did a search for it but no one seems to have the comptech header...i have it and love it...but was wondering what kind of gains i would see with the carsound cat...Anyone have this setup? In the dyno's i saw the comptech actually gave more horsepower.....thanks in advance

I have the great header test thats what i based my buy on...pretty much...that and the fact that it didnt void any warranty from honda...but it doesnt answer my question if the gains i will see with be signifigant..

Remember the header is only 1 of 4 pieces you need to be thinking about. You have the header, now you need to do the following:
1. High-flow cat
2. b-pipe
3. axle-back
You can do 2 and 3 in one by getting a cat-back system.

Is your exhaust still stock?

GReddy EVO catback..2.5, great fit and very nice sound..kinda deep on normal driving and a real deep sound under WOT, not all high and whiney like ive seen on alot of cars...paid around 450 or so for mine...

Unless you got massive cams for high output, I wouldn't bother with an exhaust. Stock exhaust is dang good and you can spend money on better things. (i.e. V-AFC, FD, etc.)

wow.. i wasn't aware they made EVO's for type-Rs.. where did you get it, or how did you have it done? interesting..

i was originally going to use my stock b-pipe and can, but it looks like my stock cat is rusted to the bpipe, so i'm gonna take it all off.. time to use search to pick out a good one..
