Default 1994 EX only 6200 and fuel cut, ?
What can I check?

P28 ecu
Cel, code 41 oxy heater

It feels real boggy, and hits fuel cut at 6200ish

Any thoughts?

Reset ECU?

take care of that cel. shorted o2 heaters can cause weird stuff sometimes.

That would cause it to fuel cut 1000rpm sooner?

And the fix for that is just change O2 sensor?

O2's are funny like that. Do you run your car till it hits E all the time? if you do check the fuel pump, because that puts a lot of stress on your pump.

My ECU was bad a threw a o2 heater code. The tach could be wrong too...Just a thought, swap out the dizzy and ECU with known good units and see what happens.

Hmmm...ok ill try and get another ECU,cluster and change that O2 and see what happens.

I'd say start by fixing the O2 sensor code and then go from there.
