Default NO Go i repeat no go

Here is the deal,i just swapped my old b18b1 back into my 96ek.
Previous swap was a jdm b16 i/h/e. With a phearable basemap on a p28.
I threw in that old ls and it ran good for lets say 2 days,while driving the car would not accelerate, the needles would jump allover the f****** place.You could not hear the system prime,so I thought it was the fuel relay. No not that,I found a loose ground took care of that and it started,ran for a day with no problem but now it takes a while to start if it ever does. Everyhing is pluged in, grounds are good, fuses are good timing is good on belt and dizzy
I checked for cel codes and I'm getting a 41 and 54. 41 is that o2 sensor I don't have them, no emissions here(yay), and that 54 it says it's the crank fluctuation sensor. Another post calls it a csf, is it the same deal? I feel like going medieval on this piece.
Would that cfs cause it to run like crap? Oh and that sensor was not pluged in on the b16 swap. Please help before I burn the ek!!!!
Thanks in advance
Update: ok so I messed with the hatch today, I saw a couple things bit I don't think they were bad enough to cause all that trouble. I had a bit of a coolant leak from a small hose that runs from the im to theblock;i fixed That then I cleaned cap and swaped plug wires and holy f*** it runs!!! No jumpy needles or crappy idle I hope it stays that way if anything else comes up I'll post it thanks guys

I thought the P28's didnt run crank fluctuation sensors since they were pre-obd2?
Do all the needles jump all over the place or just the tachometer?

If you give up, ill help you burn it down...I love burning things

The tach and speedo were going crazy like a fat girl when she see's cake!!!
I'm running the ls on a stock ecu, since that p28 was for a mild built b16.i don't think I should run the p28 on the unless it has a base map for, is that correct?
On the burning I'll let you know if this damn Honda don't start akting right

CKF= CranKshaft Fluctuation
CSF= Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation
Both mean the same thing. It detects misfires. You most likely have an ignition problem. Start testing the system. Your car may also not be running as well as it should without the O2 sensor. No O2 will make the ECU run in open-loop mode.

As far as the tach and speedo going crazy. I had an alternator take a crap and drain the battery while driving on the highway. Out of no where my radio started making a pulsing noise, turned on and off on its own, tach was all over theplace along with the speedo and my temp and fuel gauges were going all the way up and down. Like I drove into the bermuda traingle.
I just bring this up cause I did not think "O yea, thats obviously a charging issue" If all else fails check the charging system. I am cursed by charging problems on every car I buy
