Some KA-t log style manifolds im building
well i am making my first log style manifolds. there for a 240sx ka-t im going to start making and sell these. so here are my first 2. im waiting for the turbo flanges. i did not have time to finish welding the other one. the one that is welded was kinda polished. the one that is tacked is pretty polished. i was very happy with the welds to the head flange. thanks for looking

i use a die grinder with a 180 grit disc first, then scotch brite wheels, so first 180grit, then brown pad, then red, then green. takes forever.

how will you open the hole for the turboflange? i never got that? pneumatic cutoff?

also, do you tack all the runners together, weld them all, and then weld them to the flange? or do you weld them already tacked to the flange?
