Default My Valves Are Knocking

I got a ZC single and my valves are knocking. Could anyone show me how to fix it step by step?

Here you go um read it all at the end is where it will go over it again... Basically there is 2 diff ways to do it do each at TDC or do it in 2 step put you engine in TDC on 1 this means the closes cylinder to the timing belt needs to be at the peak of the cumbustion camber.. Then adjust them all 4 on #1 and adjust the intakes on #2 and the exhaust on #3 then turn the crank shaft 360 and the cam will only go 180 it will be on the bottom just make sure the #4 cylinder is at the top position also you can see the valves over lap if you keep watching them... Then just do the opposite.. And you are done torque the nuts to 14lbs the rest of the info is under the hoodie.... The sohc will make more of a tick because of the valve rocker arms head design its not sumberged in oil like the B series on the B the valves rocker arms sit down in the head on the sohc they are up and barely any oil so its easy to hear them.. Also the injectors will tick to..... Also before you do this take your oil pan and see if you have any shavings in there.. If so dont bother with the valves adjustments..
