HELP: One Step Colder Spark Plugs

hi guys, im just curious if anyone uses the one step colder spark plugs for a boosted h22a. if so, which ones are best? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks guys!!!

I use NGK BK7RE for my setup......Bosch 6's(2step) for nitrous
