Question on B series valves and cams.
I'm doing a mild build, planning to keep 10:1 compression with my stock 1.8 liter GSR block, maybe go up to 11.5:1 later.
I'm rebuilding a head and need to know if I should go oversized with the new valves, or if I got a valve job I could get away with stock sized valves just fine? The cost isn't an issue, just gotta know what to order.
Who makes good valves? There's Crower, Supertech, Ferrea, OEM... Stainless steel, black nitride coated? Does any of it matter?
Will I be overcamming the engine if I use Crower Stage 2 NA cams? Would ITR cams be better for a daily driver or what about the Zex 57100s that are described as an improved Type R cams? I'm looking for reliability but something I can have some fun with. I want to stay away from super aggressive cams because the car is my daily driver.
Here's links to the cams if anyone can tell me based off lift, duration and stuff.

stock valves and stock size are fine, just get a good valve job and new valve stem seals. Contact Steve @

Thanks for the advice, but will stock size valves sit at the correct depth if the seats are are cut again to freshen them up?
I think I need to talk to some people at places that do this work.
