sup guys, having a hard time deciding between two wheels. Either polished slips or gold rota boost's. let me here what ya think and post some pics of ssm ep's with either of these if ya have any.

rotas are real, sorry i cant find myself to spend 2 grand on my daily.

 

this coming from the guy that rocks 04-05 stock si and 02-04 flat black painted rsx wheels on the daily...you have a sexy ep thou, i dig it!

make a pole! polished slips imo, dunno how i feel about gold and silver, it looks good sometimes but not always

 

since you did mention rota...im guessin you're not aiming for real deals.

so...i say get rota track r's in white!

 

I just got rid of my polished slips that I had on my SSM EP. I didn't really like them too much, I only had them for about a week and a half. If only between these two, I would say the boosts. The slips just look like some shiny OEM wheels, especially with the polish on silver. If I were to suggest any other Rota wheels I would either go with some 16" Track R's or some SVN's (Volk RE-30 rEps), but that's just my opinion.

People hate on rota so much just cuz they are replicas and supposedLy bad quality but i hve had two sets of rota's and have never had any of the so called problems. I also live in PA where the roads are shitty as hell and would be prime for the wheels to get bent or warped or break. I have never had any problems what so ever with anything. Maybe im just lucky :p

 

I have to agree, and I've had 3 sets of Rota's. Only problem I had out of any of them was the center caps coming off while drivin down the highway.

 

I don't like either polish slips or gold rota boost on a ssm ep...some how the only best slips on a SSM EP is flat black...

 

Flat black on ssm is getting played out hence why i said polished or lime green or candy purple lol

thanks for the input guys. the reason why i choose rota's is because they are still pretty light, look almost identical to the real thing, the only difference is the name brand. but i was also thinkin of the track r's.

 

not a fan of polished lips myself.

 

get some Drag dr-20's with 0 offset, and thank me later

Just for reference. My roommate just got some brand new Rota Track R's in 16" but his car is getting a paint job so he let me rock them for a little while. They're 16x7 with 205 50 16 Toyo Proxes 4's. IMO these are very good looking wheels for the EP. I also have 5mm spacers in the front but you can't really see the difference lol.
