Signal Light problem

Signal Light problem
My signal lights refuse to work. 94 Honda Civic LX 4DR. Left and right, front and rear and the dash indicators dont work.
Hazards flash all around and in dash so I know the bulbs are good. Brights are on the same switch as signal lever so I doubt it's that. Could it be a relay?
Dont want to take apart the signal lever if I dont have to
