avcr reading 80% throttle at full throttle, will this mess w/ anything?

avcr reading 80% throttle at full throttle, will this mess w/ anything?
if the AVCR is reading 80% when i'm WOT, will it not work properly? the vafc is reading the same thing, so i'm assuming it's the wiring..but i checked the lines, and it looks just great.
