What do you guys think of those ECU chips for the Type R, the ones have that have the Spoon Programs, Mugen, Toda etc.?
Any good at all or just go buy that Apexi V-AFC?

A HI Flo Cat would help if you don't have one...

 

a Hi Flo Cat sounds good, how about the Apexi V-AFC I can lower my VTEC points and A/F Ratios correct, not that I would want to lean the A/F much if any..
Anyone have experience HP wise with lowering VTEC points? difference?

 

VAFC is 300 new and then add at LEAST 100-150 for tuning. For 200.... save it until you have more.

 

Got enough traction? New tires can always do you some good.

Use your money for something that will actually make YOU faster... The car was already Fast enough from good 'ole JDM land.

there is really not much things u can do to feel the dif power with $200 man.. i would save some more and go for big.

 

vafc is more than 200....

and the tuning will cost even more!

 

Get a timing gun for $70 and advance the timing.
