Ok guys I am putting together a swap for my 97 accord and have a '00 H22 5spd on the way. I am need of the following stock parts. If you have any of these please send me an e-mail at the following address with price plus shipping to 28752 shane@icu2.net
1) OBD II H22 Downpipe only(o2 sensor?) I have manifold just need downpipe.
2) OBD II H22 Catalytic Converter
3) 1996 OBD II VTEC manual ECU (must be 1996 ONLY) no immobilizer crap
I hope someone has these and I figured that on here would be a good place to start. Any help would be appreciated.....

I might...we'll see what the dyno looks like...I'll know by thursday. Actually I know a guy that has one...let me get back to you.
BTW the 96 OBDII ECU is a p13 for the H22A1, I don't know if that has any implications for the H22a4 engine...

if you run a 96 ecu, you will want 96 injectors, not the smaller peak and hold injectors that come with a 5th gen prelude motor.
Second, the 5th gen injectors will be fine for an N/A motor.....
I should have a '96 Prelude VTEC manual ECU available in about 2 weeks, along with a cat.....PM me with how much you're looking to spend.....

Since you are using the H22a4 motor make sure you don't hook up an external resistor box...you don't need it for the injectors as the resistors are on the injector itself.

Thanks for the help guys I will be sending some of you an im in the next day or so. My engine should be here on friday if they shipped it out today. I got a low mileage h22a4 5spd non-sh pretty much complete swap for $2800. That isn't much more than most jdm obd I swaps. I will know for sure on the cat and down pipe when the engine comes in. As far as the ecu i don't think that there will be any problems. I have talked with some guys and they said to use that ecu over the '00 one because of the immobilizer. I have a guy who can take that out but you lose the check engine light and i will need that i am sure. So I just as well get a '96 ecu and be done with it. Also thanks for the heads up on the external resistor pack. I didn't know about that but it does make sense because my accord has the resistor box near the master cylinder for the brakes. Any more help you guys could give me would be appreciated. I have done 4 civic swaps but this is my first in an accord. Wish me luck. Again i will hit some of you up either tonight or in a day or so....
