hello i have a 95 cx with a obd1 b16 swapped in, does anyone know why it will rev to 2500-3000 rpm after a cold start. after the motor warms up it idles normal around 500-800. it has no check engine light, and runs smooth. thanks for anyhelp

my coupe never reved quite that high (swapped b16 also), i believe it was only 18-2000 when cold but this one shoots up to 3000 when cold

 

Clean and adjust the FITV, if you have one.
