I have a 99 civic cx hatch which came with manual doors obviously. I got the floor harness from a 99 si and i have jdm power doors and panels.

Has anyone done this swap before?

My issue is that the jdm doors driver side is usdm passenger side, and there are certain underdash plugs that will be in the wrong side of the car. I'm not too concerned with the passenger being able to lower the drivers window or me not being able to lower my passengers window from the drivers door, I just want everthing to plug up and work properly.
