Default tranny help

i just got a b18b and it came with an auto trans. i'm wanting to switch it to a manual and i'm new to hondas/acuras so, what trans will mate up to the engine? also, will i have to switch computers or not? Its a 95 integra engine. also, this isnt going in car, its going in a truck so are the trans shift linkages metal or is it a cable?

any b series tranny will bolt right up depending what year your motor is. you'll have to change the flywheel and clutch to a manual.. and how is this going into a truck? is this some monster build?

never hurts to be different huh lol, but right now i'm tearing everything out of the s10 and i'm bout to pull the old engine out, i'm also gonna sheet metal the front (old engine bay) and make that my trunk and have my air compressor and air tank in there too. then i'm molding in the brake vents from a mustang onto the bed sides (both sides) one is for sucking in air for the radiator and the other is sucking in air for the engine.

i'm also running heating in it from the back of the cab and i'm molding the bed onto the cab and i'm gonna mold the tail gate to the bed cover so when you lift the bed cover the tail gate lifts up with it and you can get in there and work on the engine, lot more room to work on stuff and the cover will be removable for when you need to pull the engine or trans to replace a major part. and if you are wondering what i do for a living, i'm a welder/fabricator with an automotive degree too lol.
