how do i remove spray paint on my steelies?

how do i remove spray paint on my steelies?
im not so sure.
thanks. if it helps the paint is black.
my previous owner painted the steelies and i aint feelin it.
i wanna restore it.

Assuming they're black and you want them "silver" again:
Take wheels/tires off car.
Wash 'em with dish soap/water.
Wipe down with brake cleaner or other nasty stuff to get wax/grease off.
Scuff with scouring pad.
Repeat wash & wipe.
Mask with index cards.
Paint with wheel paint (I got mine at the local Advance Auto)

AIRCRAFT STRIPPER spray it on there let it sit a min or to spray down with a hose should take it all off..WEAR GLOVES
