Default B16 what cams should i use?

im building the head of my b16 a bit heres the list of stuff im going to need
Intake Manifold- Port and Polish
Throttle Body-
Fule Injectors
Fuel pressure regulator and fuel rail
cams with cam gears
valve springs and retainers.

Now my first question is what kind of cams are good for a stock b16? low mileage, runs good. I want something lower compression because of plans of boosting it later on. What type of fuel injectors and what size throttle body. If i want to run boost later i should be looking keep compression low right? Also if i slap a gsr bottem end on will i still be able to boost safely (aka poormans type R)

try posting your question in the boost section as that's what you're building for anyway.

with itr cams do you need to upgrade the valvetrain? or could u just use stock valvetrain.. i was lookin at skunk2 stagr 1 cams with cam gears used for like 350-400.

go with itr cams. they will be good n/a and are GREAT turbo cams.

you should at least run itr valvetrain...
or swith your b16 intake springs to the exhaust side and buy itr intake springs(thats the cheaper way).

and make sure you run newer b16a2/itr lma's(lost motion assemblies)

well assuming that installation is probably going to be free, would it be better to run skunk 2 stage 1 cams because you wont have to run a new valvetrain? cheaper too
