come on guys this was the very first time i drove the car after the tune was done so of course i wasnt used to the power it was making (and thats my reason why the shifting sucked) and really only messing around with it

before the car made 290whp with a POS greddy kit



i broke traction in second and instead of feathering it (it had 1600cc injectors which would bog if feathered) i decided to ****** third and catch traction

I could be wrong but dont you drive a stock base rsx that takes no ability whatsoever to drive..

the fun thing about stock slow cars is you can pin it to the redline , powershift and nothing should break... once you have anything with a hint of power 300++ whp you find the weak spots quickly IE transmission..

If anything he is doing it right...shifting softly until he gets upgraded internals for his transmission..

go get a real car or do something to your stock car then come back and say he doesnt know how to drive..

i still dont think you realize the facts here

that video was made right after pulling it off the trailer coming back from inline pro after getting tuned so yeah at the time my driving sucked *** as i had NO seat time in it whatso ever

and the track footage was taken later that night so of course the driving sucked (yours would too if you took a huge jump like this in a car it took almost a year to build and wasnt a daily driver)


and those videos were made over a year ago ive had plenty of time now to actually get used to the car and drive better especially now that the 1600cc injectors that caused horrid midrange bogs due to how fat it was are gone. the car is a lot easier to drive now whereas before the 1600s would only let the car run right when you mashed the gas

i appreciate the comments on the car but i dont understand what so hard to comprehend about the driving i dont know if its maybe you have never driven a car like this and dont understand, ever built one or what have you but, im not gonna make assumptions about people i dont know

just take it for whats it worth and know that its a bit different now(1000cc and retune for 513) and there is more experience behind the wheel along with the fact that i can actually partial throttle the car makes it alot easier to keep the power on the ground

nothing wrong with fwd or stick shifts they are good for a dd but have limited potential.. sorry weltall actually built a car for what he wanted. Didn't know you were the top notch john force driver or more of a mario andretti.

when your ***** drop or you actually learn to wrench on a car come talk, until then go get your friends that are too young to drive and let them tell you what a super tooner you are b/c you own an overpriced honda.
