just wondered what people are launching at with b16 motors. I need some help because Im cutting crappy 60fts.

 

It all depends on what tires are you running. Slicks or street tires? My friend w/ a crx and a B16 in it was using slicks and then went and bought BFGoodrich street slicks. On regular slicks depends you have to feel it out on how the track feels....and street tires is the same pretty much. If you rev high and dump it you are gonna spin. I say w/o slicks like 3K or around about. W/ slicks you can launch harder. In my car I use slicks and launch anywhere from 5800-6300 depends.
