Question about stock header
I failed smog with DC 4-1 header and 2 broken studs on far left side. If I just put stock header on, would I be able to pass? Or do I have to fix the studs?

Throwing a cel? in maryland thats the only way you can fail emissions. All they do is plug in and make sure your light isn't on and then send you on your way.

My O2 sensor was plugged in and it's a 94 gsr. There's no cel light on. I failed the NO at 15mph. Max is 711 and i got 1014. I passed the 25mph though.
