Um no. Have you even looked at pictures or searched at all? It's highly unlikely.
There are two bolts, one on the top of the drivers seatbelt and passenger seatbelt on the B pillar. It is very simple. Search next time.

Use a flathead to remove the plastic seatbelt bolt covers. Remove the bolts. Bolt the bar on with the spacer between the body and the bar. Place back the plastic covers.

Benen industries makes b-pillar bars which can be fond at passwordjdm.com. There are a few select companies that makes these bars. They have an extended bracket to allow room for front seat adjustment, and can also be used as a harness bar, or camera mount, etc. Oh yeah, they stiffen the center of the cars frame.
