Default HELP! Which alternator will work for me?

First off, the car that the alternator needs replaced is a 2000 Civic Si with a B16B CTR swap. The alternator went south on me and I got a re manufactured one from the auto parts store. Slapped that one in and this alternator isn't even putting out power at all. My question is, can I just get an alternator for a 2000 Civic Si and have it work fine on this swap? Ive been told that it would work. Also here are possible options, thanks in advance.

figured this much, thanks for the reply. But yeah the POS I replaced with came from Oreiley's. Was looking at NAPA or any other place for other options.

O'Reiley sell a lot of crap parts and are overpriced at the same time. And some of their parts aren't made to spec and don't always fit like an OEM part would fit. A friend of mine bought a fan motor recently for his Chevy and he had to grind some of the plastic away in order for the motor to fit.
