Default FPR help.

I just built a mini me. d15b block z6 head. so my prob is when i let of the accel it almost tries to die. more so when the a/c is on. got a cel 43, put another fpr on same prob. but in trying to mess with it, when i disconnect the vaccuum hose on the fpr it will run fine no prob, no drop idle, with and without a/c.

and the 2nd fpr was used but came off a civic i previously owned that ran fine when i pulled the engine.
