Default LS/V wont start after work shift ended!

So I drive to work, everything sounds fine with the car its running good to. I reach work park it, and go start my shift. After the shift is over I go to crank it and it doesn't start. I just recently changed to fuel filter and oil.
It's was also throwing code 23, my knock sensor not hooked up, and sometimes code 2, I dont have 2nd o2 bung on this header. every morning when I went to start, it also took a few cranks, like it had to build up some pressure and then it would sputter a bit and start. If I turned it off for a short period and cranked it it started up right away. Sputtering start only happens when its been sitting for a while.

My car is a 91 honda civic hatch with a recent b18b bottom, with pr3 pistons mated to a stock b16 head. running 0bd0 w. chipped PW0 ecu.

So.....in the parking lot from what I see.
- Starter cranks fine wit alot of power,
- engine light shows on dash for a sec and dissapears
- main relay clicks once
- I can hear fuel pump priming
- fuel pressure guage reads 35-37psi
- checked distributor rotor/cap (has light tan/) also changed ignition coil, and igniter with spare working ones.
- cam/pulley timing is perfect
- ignition timing was timed with timing gun previously at a friends house.( a little bit on retard side)
- did a spark plug test on valve cover, all 4 sparked when cranked, 3 had white sparks, spark plug closest to dizzy kindy yellow.
- changed the fuel injector resistor box with a spare one
- checked the catalytic, its not plugged still looks new.
- checked all fuses (in/under hood )nothing blown, and they are correct ones.
- checked Grounds, all connected.
- haven't yet checked MAP sensor and those things on firewall

I'm stuck on this one, dont really know whats going on here, car was working perfect just 8 hours ago. everything seems to to be working fine; fuel, spark, timing, compression
Please need advice on this, gotta get this car outta here! Thanks.

just because it has fuel pressure doesnt mean its getting fuel. Check for noid. Also what did you check the fuses with. Sometimes they blow and are hard to see with the eye. Make sure you use a test light.

car is at home now. Still diagnosing the problem......fuel pump is good...and there is fuel going all the way too the fuel rail...... Seems like something is wrong with the injectors...... is there a way i can check if they are even working??

Are your spark plugs wet with gas?
What are your numbers when you did the compression test?
Is your battery good? If so, how did you check it?

BTW..when it cranks...is it a very slow/weak crank?

- The spark plugs had a little bit of gas on them
- Didn't do compression test yet...
- Was cranking fine, but now its getting weaker, since i cranked it so many times already.
