As much as you want if you build it right... People are making 600+ whp
what can i do to increase the hp?
anything from an exhaust, to turbo, or high compression naturally aspirated

your probably making 170 at the wheels... maybe
how can i increase that?

change my rims?
changing rims will not increase HP, but if they are big rims then if you change them it may help your gas mileage

170 is stock correct but that is measured at the crank... you loose power when it moves through the drivetrain... so when your power is measured at the wheels it can be significantly lower...

170 to the crank. to the wheels you'll probably making 150-155 "WHP" (wheel horse power)

because from the crank to the wheels you lose 15% of your power.

because just an intake and exhaust isnt going to bump you up 20+ hp.
