Default help me estimate the cost

one of my friends has a type r head and a b20 bottom, i dont no exactly all the work that is done but he says he puts out 200 whp and 170 lbft he didnt do the work himself he bought it like that. im making a little more than he is with a turbo on a stock b18b 210 whp and 185 lbft i spent about 3k on parts. he kinda bragged to me how im turboed and im only making a little more than he is but i told him it would cost alot more to make 200 whp all motor just curious how much and is 170 torque possible because thats impressive

^^Your friend is retarded

And obviously it would cost more to reach over the 200 whp with all motor than boost. Please research before posting nonsense threads. I fail to see the tech in your thread?

It hugely varies, depends on the extent of your build, who does the work, are you sending off the block/head, what companies are you buying from, who's tuning it?

Why do you even want to know? All you need to know is price-wise boost is a lot cheaper to hit a low goal of 200, i'm willing to bet your friend is not pushing 200 whp, and 170 tq. to the wheels just slapping the engine in his car. He would seem to need a great tune to get those kinds of numbers
