i have a short somewhere and cant find it
so my check engine light came on the other day along with my speedometer going dead(only to return on the fritz a couple days later), and my lights on my dash and my head lights flickering. so i got it diagnosed at auto zone(cause im broke as a joke), and these codes came up P0141, P0135, P0500, and P1298. i had my battery and alternator tested, both test great. so i have recently replaced my eld and ecm and am waiting for my vss in the mail. but i am still having my lights dim and flicker so i am at a lose. i have manually gone trhough just about every wire in my engine and in my dash and have found nothing to indicate a short anywhere any advice would be more than helpful thanks
Make sure the ground and power connections at the battery and alternator are tight. Also, make sure the engine grounds are tight.
As for the short, it's probably in the circuit with fuse 15, IIRC.
