whats the difference in the resonated test pipes and the non resonated test pipes,which one is better??

I believe non resonated is louder. Both are illegal. Buy a carsound cat... I have one 2.25".

Resonated has a resonator, which reduces the noise. Like the guy above said, they are both illegal. The fine for removing your cat is huge in some areas. The hp gain is pretty tiny, and the car will be way louder and attract bad attention. Don't do it. I had one in my old Integra and the car was audible for blocks. My gf lived at the end of a 4 block street and she could hear me when I turned left onto her road, 1/3 of a mile away. Plus I got pulled over and hassled for it. Carsound cats are nice, but they're not as cheap as a test pipe.
