jus curious to know what the oem front lca torgue specs are for a 98 usdm itr?

Flange bolt (LCA to frame mount) 47ft lbs
LCA to spindle (pass through bolt with self locking nut) 47 ft lbs
Lower ball joint nut 43 ft lbs
tie rod nut 32 ft lbs

TORQUE UNDER LOAD

If the car is on all four jack stands, you gotta take the floor jack and jack up that corner to where the hub would sit if the car was on the ground (I usually just jack until that corner of the car is off the jackstand).

Failure to do so with result in torn rubber bushings and/or them wearing out very quickly. You'll probably also get a nice clunk/creak around turns.

Excellent info!

Sounds like the OP also needs to buy the Helms manual. A bit pricey, but an important (and I think necessary) addition to any R that will be worked on.
