i have a 94 Civic cx hatch with a jdm b16 and running a pr3 ecu. I have the vtec and knock sensor wired to the ecu seperate. But after it reaches operating temp, it'll throw a code for the knock sensor and vtec solenoid. Will the vtec solenoid code come up if its low on oil? And is there anyway of fixing the knock sensor code with out running a p28. Thanks for any help.

 

get another knock sensor and try that. check your vtec wiring and make sure its not ghetto.
