Default back to stock

I have a 7in pioneer-Z1. when the system was put together the stereo shop ran the stock speakers to be powered by the amp.

basically i dont want the amp in anymore and just the deck. I can do the work myself but my question is i should be able to illuminate those wires and run them straight to the deck?

thanks,
hybrid

Did they disconnect them from behind the radio and tag speaker wire to the lead and run it to the back of the trunk to your amps? Also what speaker are you trying to have the z1 power. If its some high rms speakers then your going to get poor sound. The z1 does not perform that well on that even thou they say they can power 50 watts rms. If you do not care about sound. Just pull the unit and reconnect the speaker leads back.

If they are stock speaker it is a good bet it is stock speaker wiring and speaker leads were run from the amp to the stock radio harness, [behind HU].
Pull the HU disconnect the amps speaker leads from stock harness, [maybe a harness adapter was used, even better] and connect the HUs speaker outputs to the stock speaker leads. 94

i will get back to you guys later on.
I just dont want the amp anymore seems like i have more issues with it since i have stock speakers. Im taking a trip out of town in a couple of days and need to hear my navi voice.
