I broke the shield holder on one of my Corsairs and finally got around to ordering a replacement. I called a local shop and they said that the Edwards Valencia White was discontinued and they can't get the part. They offered a standard white replacement for $30.

I passed and called Arai directly. I told them I broke a tab on the shield reinstalling my visor and asked if they had model specific replacements which they did! I didn't mind paying the $30 + shipping.

I'm surprised they didn't just send you one for free. Maybe Arai is suffering from the economic downturn too.
