What is the best exhaust for a black 1996 civic

 

well since its black, I say Sebring.

 

but it is a 96 so I guess an Arospeed one then

 

Whatever exhaust you think looks/sounds the best.

They all have pretty similar in gains.

 

Tanabe RM is my pick. Although I'm starting to like the APEXi Hyper. Dude, you better listen to and pick a tone, otherwise you could end up with a whiny weedwacker muffler.

Deep and loud for me, and Tanabe does it.

 

not to sound like an *** here but what is your motor set-up? what mods do you have? DOHC or SOHC?

Just to let you know, there is no such thing. It's either Apexi N1 or HKS Hiper. LMAO.

stock exhaust, unbolted after the header, beware of your city's finest...

 

how many people continually ask this question... i personally think you should make your OWN decision instead of basing it on others opinions and then regretting it later.

then get somthing with a good rep apexi, tanabe, hks,5 zigen ,
stay away from areospeed obx and that other apc type crap

if you want loud get a apex N1 or 5 zigen fireball ECT
if ya want nice and quite get an apexi WS or an ES oval

dont get 3 inch piping unless you plan on going turbo
