Ive been reading about this swap and it seems to be pretty easy and common, i just want to get some facts squared away, the car im gona be getting is a D16Y7 with an AUTOMATIC tranny, the year is a 1997...now ive gotten mixed results as to what needs to be done to the wire harness depending on the tranny you have, but besides me rebuilding a D16Y8 and swapping it in, i need ....


automatic ECU from a automatic D16Y8 engine?
harness or wiring for vtec?
