best spark plugs for a gsr?
I would recommend either NGK IX Iridium BKR6EIX or Denso Iridium IK20. Both of those are the highest quality plug you can get. They use a fine wire Iridium electrode which is very high performance. They can be a bit pricey, the NGK being about $8 and the Denso being about $12.
If you want a Platinum plug I would stick with the Denso Double Platinum PK20PR-L11 or NGK Double Platinum PFR6G-13. The Denso would be about $7 and the NGK would be about $12.
There isn't a huge savings by going with a Double Platinum plug but they will last a little longer than the Iridium. The Iridium gives a better spark and flame front which makes it a higher performance plug.
The only thing to be careful about is that some Iridium plugs are not suited to use with nitrous systems.
Otherwise, you can't go wrong with either one. If you want good prices on these plugs you can get them online and in most Autozone shops.
When I shopped online for my plugs I got them at www.sparkplugs.com

If you are racing or are going to be doing a ton of high speed driving then one step colder is a good idea. Otherwise just stick with stock replacements or a high quality platinum or iridium plug.
