That will work as well. But than I need to trick the O2 sensor to work right and not give me a error. like a new ECU for $250+ yeah...
My current setup needs to have the old one removed, its welded on. no shop will install a test pipe for me

Dude it has a o2 bung in it ad it is a bolt in set up. Just have a shop weld flanges on the original. Here is a pic:

the O2 sensor will get proper readings that way?

my current cat is welded to my OBX headers, so that needs to be removed and the pipe would need to be welded back in place.
No shop will do that unfortunately.

alright, found someone to weld it in place for me. who has that test pipe?
also, i keep hearing two sides to this.
will a test pipe with a hole for an O2 sensor throw me a bad cat error code or not?
