obd0 si dizzy spliced for obd0 dx dizzy???

Default obd0 si dizzy spliced for obd0 dx dizzy???

i need help i just bought a brand new obd0 si dizzy from my boy thinkin it will work for my dx but it doesnt and i want to know if anybody can show me or give me any info on how to splice the plugs? hook me up wity a link also if you can... too lazy to search haha

match wire color by wire color.
You should be left with 2 wires. Blue/green and blue/yellow if I remember correctly.

Don't cut the wires...
you can easily remove them from the connectors..

This is a DX distributor I put an Si plug on
when I was getting ready to swap engines..

The wires are in the same basic configuration
but in a square plug..

i dont think it will work? doesnt the si dizzy have a different tooth count on the inner gear than the dx?

I doubt anyone has ever tried it..

The Si distributor has an extra cylinder position sensor to trigger the injectors..

If you don't need it for a DX and don't wire it up,
I'm guessing it would work..

Dx definantly won't work for an Si though...

whats wrong with your dizzy? pretty sure you can swap coils and crap over to dx. correct me if im wrong.

yea they can be interchanged. i would personally unbolt the ICM and coil first before rewiring anything.

i replaced everything in the dizzy i could... still wont work.. tried cuttin the wires and splicein them and it still does not work so either i did somethin wrong or it just does not work... and as far as i am concerned i did it all correct... so it does not work...
