I've got a 95 civic, that I did a swap in. I'm not a rookie to swaps I've done a bunch. I took a running built motor from my del sol to put in my civic. It just spins won't start. I have a MSD Dizz w/ external coil. I have spark, I then to be sure that it wasnt a weak spark I put on my stock dizzy and still had spark. I have fuel pressure into the rail, but that's where the problem is (however i have an electronic fuel pressure regulator in the rail, and it's showing 0 pressure). I have RC 650 injectors(with a AEM fuel regualor), they don't seem to be working. I put a test light on the harness and it seemed to pulse, I also grabbed an extra harness I had around the house and rewired the whole car. Same problem!! I'm debating if maybe my regulator has gone, but I actually don't have a spare one around, until tomorrow night. No good to decent idea will be shut down, I'll try almost anything!!

I'm 100% out of idea's, please please please help!!

oh, and I have checked all the grounds, everything looks good!! and only CEL is for intake air temp! and timing was fine in the del sol, and nothing was changed (only added a bigger turbo/manifold/intake manifold) thanks.

 

well a couple days ago i had the same problem i did everything i could think of and my car wouldnt start, so i went to bed that night and thought about it all night. finally it popped in my head that I TOTALLY FORGOT TO PLUG IN MY ECU!!! LOL very stupid of me! so maybe that could be the case on your car.
