this guy is trading me his 90 hatch with a zc bottom and a god knows what on top but its vtec and he says when he got the tune they told him he couldnt run full throttle because of the vtec so he had to take it off......that makes no sense to me, does it to anyone else?

 

No, that does not make any sense at all. Either the "tuner" had no idea what he was doing, or the guy you bought the car from made up some excuse for not being able to wire the car correctly.

 

yeah thats what i thought too, and he also said that the timing is slighty off but it still pulls hard and runs fine so i think he just doesnt know what the hell he was talking about but was trying to
