well i have a grandfather who doesnt believe i can swap any honda motor (h,b,f,k,d) into my ek, tell me what motors will fit, d series first, in my car without mods?

 

all of those will fit, K will require the most modding then the H

 

throw a K series in that beeyotch and show your grandfather whos boss!

 

Basically any motor from Honda fits in a civc. D,B,H are the easiest, K & J require more Mods. And J requires a different hood. Only motor that I dont know if it fits is a C Series. Alternately you could also swap a F series and on some chasis (CRX) you can do a RWD swap without putting the driveshaft in the car.
In fact, someone on this forum swapped a V8 Big block into his CRX, and someone else put a GM Corvette Motor (LS6 or something) into his EK Hatch.
