ok.. i have a jdm gsr motor in my hatch rite now and debating on wat gas to use. i kno ur suppose to run premium gas on the motor so at the moment im runnin bp 91 octane. but i wanna kno wat the best gas for the motor is. i have all the money so i dont care. we have 93 octane here w/ 10% ethonal so i wanna run that but. it has 10% ethonal... i heard a rumor that ethonal is bad the the motor but still. is it? help me out

 

run prememium it doesnt matter if you run 91 or 93 octane the onlly thing that will improve ur hp after 91 octane is racegas

 

yeap 91 is the best. Unless you get it boosted with higher injectors then E85 is something I would look into. Other than that 91 is good for it.

 

10% ethanol is perfectly safe. Most pumps around here have it. I get better milage with it than I do 100% gas. Anyway, 91 or 93 will be just fine. The quality of the gas is more important than the octane between those two (IE stay away from no name gas and anywhere that's getting the underground tank filled as you pull in)
