will a cluster from a 90 ef lx sedan work on a 90 std hatch? will it be pug and play? o and wats the red line on a d15b2 non v tec. need to know before i buy it thanks in advance

It should swap over fine. If you have an AT, then make sure the donor
vehicle has an AT. Keep in mind that you will inherit the odometer
mileage, unless you swap your original odo unit into the new cluster.

This is what I did.
I have a 91 DX hatch with AT, and swapped a cluster from an LX sedan
for the tachometer. Swapping in the odo into the new cluster was a bit tricky.
Its all plastic, so it can be easy to break something.

 

I believe the lx and ex clusters are the same. Dx's had no tach. Si is also the same I believe. They are plug and play aslong as you get the right year combo.
