Default need some help on lsv turbo

heres the back story i got this lsv turbo car found out later the head and block were shot due to bad building or somthing so i replaced it with a jdm b18b block and b16 head all stock other then a block gridle it had a jb edlebrook intake and 550rc injectors
it has a hondata s200 and avc-r i dont know much about where it was tuned or anything like that

but the problom is when i step on it it dies at 4500-5500 rmp range kinda a bogging out sound i tought i was my vtec so i now have it set a 5800 and cleand the switch
so i figerd out if i dont open it up much i can get it to rev up higher and not bog down bad

any ideas would help this is my first build so i dont know them that well yet thx
