well i drive a h22 cb7 ( 92 accord ) so i thought to post this here.
anyways i just got another jdm h22a head , but i was wondering what year it was , i understand the clock design tell the manufacture date but i can't really decrypt it .

but think it stands for year 2000, month of march , day 28, could you please clarify that

i have no idea what the letter on the left stand for tho ?
