Default HELP! How to get car that wont start off car dolly!

I just bought a 99 ej8 that doesnt run and I rented a car dolly. The car went on to the car dolly just fine, but now I cant get the car off the dolly. I tried using my brother's turbo diesel f350 to "tow" it off the dolly. All this did was drag the jeep that was attached to the car dolly with the civic.

Any suggestions?

make sure its unhooked and rip up your ebrake on the car and drive the jeep forward slowly.

grab a jack, and jack up on the lifting sections on the side, and put the car on jack stands. Then let some air out of the tires of the dolly. You should have enough clearance to just drive the jeep forward, but make sure you have some1 watching the tires to make sure they clear the dolly, so you dont drop the car.
