Default saving a ITR( my rebuild off a 2000 R)

well guys this is my first resto post up on this site i have been on a few others and done many resto's on honda's, i like to buy them off the flat bed on the way to the bone yard!

my find is a 2000 integra typeR yellow with waht the clean title says to be 47k miles.

i pcked up the car pretty cheap and was not really lookin for another project but... why the hell not!

this will be my first integra built up and my first build up of a car newer then 1995 lol i hate obd2 cars.(just hate gettin them threw emission)

i will up date as i go alone it will be a slow build just because i dont need the car done for any deal line.

my goal is to make it as close to stock as i can.

here is how i got her home.

tommrow the 2000 GSR doner car will be here to stripp to take misc parts i need (under dash goods, break booster and master doors ect...)
pics of that as i strip it will be added

Thanks for saving her. The car looks like a very clean shell. Was it a theft recovery?

it was not. what had happen was the kid thought there was a lean on the title so decided to sell parts off it after lookin at the title there was no lean on the title.

and i guess the first owner was in to drugs so he needed money also. i have a clean florida title showing sold with 32 miles and sold again with 46k miles

I have been looking for a shell like this for a long time. How did you find this one? Best part is you are on the east coast. Good luck with the build.

With that being said, keep it LHD and put the stock OEM USDM ITR front on it. There are more JDM ITR's with those specs then USDM ITR's.

i dont want to do all the work to do RHD so i am leaning towards not doing it.

as for the fornt end i am haveing a hard time finding a ITR bumper and i am told a gsr is different so idk if i cant find a nose for it jdm itmight be but i would rather keep it all stock in my eyes

ITR bumper is no different than a GS-R bumper to my knowledge. Definitely keep the USDM front and good luck with the build.
