Vibration noise after suspension change?
I recently change my suspension on my 89 CRX with new struts and H&R lowering springs because my OEM struts were starting to squeak. After I finish and test-drove, I hear some vibration noise under my car. I first thought it was my suspension so I went back and checked all bolts and nuts and they were tight but I retighten it just in case. However, I still hear the same noise and I hear it when I shift in gears or at low speed… Never had this problem before my adjustable coilover but I was wondering if it was my shift linkage vibrating on my exhaust pipe, since I did scrape my exhaust manifold a couple of times after I change it to the lowering spring. Any information will be grateful…
hmmm is it a tinny high pitched noise?
is it wheel speed dependent or erratic? like the does it follow a frequency to the wheels?
you sure you tightened your lugnuts and put the wheels on straight? heh. it happens.

Wheels are good and there is no constant noise when I'm on the freeway. It comes up when I shift and sometime at low speed but if i'm in neutral, there is no noise...... i want to take a look under the car but I can't work on my car at the place where i'm staying....
my crx is doing that to i think only when i go into 1st going slow then when i go to second gear. idk it sounds like a grinding almost. i think its coming from the right front side
could be a bad bearing. lift the wheel and rotate by hand. shuold be obvious. or maybe it IS grinding... like a caliper bolt is too long and grinding into the rotor. it happens when ppl dont use the washer.

Check your axles. I know it's not likely unless the suspension geometry is really out of wack, but it did happen to my car where the passenger axle got pulled out.
