i have a 90 crx hf wih obdo b16a. when the car is left overnight and has had plenty of time to cool down it starts kinda funny. funny like, when it starts it doesnt jump straight to 2k and idle. it slowly works its way up to 2k then idles fine. sometimes right away and sometimes after about 30 sec a CEL comes on. its a code 9. after the car is warmed up i turn it off. turn it right back on, it starts perfect and no CEL..

any ideas?
