I've seen aftermarket stuff for this header panel. It seems that the CRX and the Civic coupe share the same panel, but the Civic sedan does not? Is it just that the grill is different? Or won't fit at all? And, is there a separate grill that needs to be purchased if I only get the header? Thanks. Mike

 

civic coupe? there is no such thing. the hatchback maybe? all are different as far as header panels go. each is unique.

 

Yes, hatchback, my bad. I figured it wouldn't work - the hatchback nose is 18 bucks aftermarket, the CRX is near 100 bucks. Do you know of a better source new/used? Thanks. Mike

 

not really. the CRX is plastic and the civic is metal. i guess it takes more to pour plastic than it does to stamp steel!

YO maybe make your own post instead of hijacking...


i say search some junkyards, but more than likely you'll end up finding broken ones. either ebay or the one piece carbon fiber hood if you want to go aftermarket..
