hello everyone, I have just finished installing my turbo set up and I would like to hear if I have missed any items before I get tunned? I have another bottom end which will be built at a later time. I also plan on building the head as well. I realize I will only be able to boost about 8 to 10 pounds safely. I will be buying a up graded hondata map sensor for more boost. Any suggestions would be great. Please remember the motor will be built at a later date! Thanks!

Sounds like you have everything.
Make sure your couplers are tight.
Make sure your not throwing any codes such as intake air temperature, cyp etc...
* Oxygen Sensor Bung: You must have a oxygen sensor bung which is accessable & installed in a proper location to where a good air/fuel pickup can be achieved. The oxygen sensor bung MUST have clean threads & be clear of any welds which may stop a larger wideband oxygen sensor from being installed into the bung.
* Electrical issues: Please resolve all electrical issues before tuning.
* Brakes, Suspension, Tires: All of these components are extremely important, especially if your going to have your vehicle street tuned. Please make sure they are all in good condition.
* Proper octane fuel for your application: Please inform your tuner of what fuel you are running. You should run the highest octane which is widely available in your area such as 93 octane. Try to prevent having your vehicle tuned with gas which has been sitting in your vehicle for more than 20-30 days.
* Forced Induction vehicles should invest into a pcv catch can system such as the endyne kit.

looks like you have everything but you can probably get away with more than 8-10lbs. I am running 14 on a stock GSR with an intake manifold. BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK WHAT WASTEGATE SPRING IS IN IT!!! That could cause you a huge problem! But the car looks good under the hood

Checking the wastegate is a great idea! Turns out that the spring that I order 8pounds turned out to be larger! I ended up with 315 HP and 215tq. Very happy! Thanks for your guys help!
